Below are all the forms and information that you will need for auditions, rehearsals, and productions.
For Auditions
At auditions you will be given an Audition Form to fill out. Be sure you fully review the Tentative Rehearsal Calendar for the production you are auditioning for and note ALL conflicts on your audition form. It is expected that students will be available and present for ALL rehearsals and performances unless noted on the audition form. Changes will be made after we receive the rehearsal conflicts and as we see how quickly we move through the show.
Before First Rehearsal
Please complete the Actor-Parent Contract and the Production Registration Form to grant Release of Liability, and have them at first rehearsal with your production fee. Be sure you review the Actor-Parent Contract with your actor to ensure they understand the commitment they are making.

During Rehearsals
Each actor needs to submit a short bio for the program — please no more than 50 words. Either bring the form to a rehearsal the first week, or you may send your bio here via email to: Ben@northcoastrep.org.
Theatre School Program Bio Form
During Performances
The School Excused Absence Form is to be completed and given to your actor’s school. Included on the form is the portion of the California State Education code which states that a student has the right to be excused from school without penalty to participate in a production of a not-for-profit arts organization.
Refund Policy
Prior to first day of class, workshop, camp, or rehearsal, fees are 100% refundable.
Upon the first day of a class, camp, or rehearsal, all fees become non-refundable whether or not child was in attendance.
Any other purchases through the Theatre School (e.g. t-shirts, etc.) and tickets to shows and performances are non-refundable upon purchase. Please contact our box office at (858) 481-1055 for exchange policies.
